| Alan Blythe |
 Alan
Blythe is the Managing Director and founded the company. He is an
Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) and a fully qualified
Financial Adviser holding the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) and also a
qualified Mortgage Adviser, being CeMAP qualified. Alan has over 20 years banking experience
and has held senior positions in HSBC Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and National Australia Group.
Alan has a broad based background and is experienced in lending to
private individuals, commercial and corporate entities as well as
trusts. He has a strong understanding of the offshore environment,
and has successfully arranged a wide variety of debt facilities.

| Sue Blythe |
 Sue is
the Co-Director of the company and also has extensive offshore banking
experience, with over 22 years with HSBC Bank in a number of managerial
roles including operations, lending, project management and credit
management. Sue also worked for a South African Asset Management Company
as Customer Service Manager and she has a wealth of client facing
and customer service experience. Sue has a degree from the Open University
covering disciplines from management skills to finance and marketing.
Sue is a fully qualified Independent Financial Adviser holding the Diploma
in Financial Planning (DipPFS) and also a qualified Mortgage Adviser, being
CeMAP qualified.

| James Simpson |
 James
Simpson joined the business in February 2007, after holding consultancy positions
with two other locally based firms. James has been a qualified adviser since 2001
and is presently studying toward his CII Chartered Fiancial Planner Status. He aims
to achieve CII Diploma Status very soon and CII Chartered Financial Planner
Status as soon as possible thereafter.
James specialises in pension planning and holds CII Diploma Pension qualifications J04 & J05.
Whilst working at Blythe Financial he has been heavily involved in the QROPS pension transfer
market and has established many tax efficient offshore pension structures for individuals
who have emigrated from the UK. James is also active in the local market and has been involved
in providing pension structures of various levels of complexity, including the structuring of
'bricks & mortar' property related pension investments.
James also specialises in investment business and works closely with local trust companies, providing
advice relating to individual investments and trustees investment holdings on a
blanket basis.

| Tristen Bell |
 Tristen
is one of our Independent Financial Consultants and joined Blythe Financial in
July 2007. Manx born, he graduated with a degree in Business Studies from the
International Business School in 2005, and worked at HSBC Bank in the wealth
team, where he could focus his attention on financial advice and gain himself
more exposure to the local community. Outside work, Tristen enjoys many sports
and plays football for Marown AFC.
Tristen has furthered his qualifications having attained the CII Diploma in Financial
Planning and is expecting to achieve the Chartered Financial Planner Status in April 2010

| Marion Jones |
 Marion is our Business
Support Manager who joined our team to provide assistance to the Independent Financial Consultants. Marion, who
is Manx born, has been working in the Financial Services industry for 15 years. Marion was educated at
the Isle of Man College and gained valuable experience from her previous customer services and business
development role with Capital International Ltd and previously from a similar role with Coutts
Private Bank.
In her spare time, Marion enjoys outdoor sports, walking and swimming. Marion
has represented the Island for a number of years with the Isle of Man Rifle Association, including
participating in the New Zealand Commonwealth Games 1999.

| Holly Blythe |
 Holly has "worked"
at Blythe Financial for over 3 years now and enjoys coming to work every day,
woofing on arrival. Holly has developed her skills in customer service and post
duties and has moved on to also assist with other office tasks, whilst still
maintaining the management of the office shredding. Holly gets more holidays
than the rest of the team, apart from Jesse, and is nicknamed Judith Chalmers,
in recognition of this!

| Jesse Blythe |
Although the most junior member of the team Jesse certainly makes her
presence known - all 8½ stone of her!!
She loves coming to work and greets clients eagerly and often wants to share her favourite
fluffy toy or half eaten chewy bone with them. She often goes missing at lunchtime and she
can be found in the staff room with Marion trying to share her lunch and lasagne is one of
her favourites.
She has a growing fan club and wooed Dianne Oxberry of BBC North West tonight. Dianne loved a
photo of Jesse playing in the snow and used it during her evening weather slot in January 2010.
Jesse received mail afterwards and was also discussed on Manx Radio..... quite a celebrity!
