| Alan Blythe |
 Alan
Blythe is the Managing Director of Blythe Financial Limited and is the first and only person in the Isle of Man to
concurrently be accredited as a Chartered Financial Planner and a Chartered Associate of the Institute of Financial
Services. He holds the APFS qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute and the CAifs qualification from
the Institute of Financial Services.
Prior to establishing Blythe Financial in 2002, he was employed as a Corporate Banker for various banks including
HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland and National Australia Group. He is both qualified and experienced in providing
investment advice and financial planning advice, as well as structuring and arranging corporate and commercial
finance proposals.

| Sue Blythe |
 Sue is
the Co-Director of the company and also has extensive offshore banking
experience, with over 22 years with HSBC Bank in a number of managerial
roles including operations, lending, project management and credit
management. Sue also worked for a South African Asset Management Company
as Customer Service Manager and she has a wealth of client facing
and customer service experience. Sue has a degree from the Open University
covering disciplines from management skills to finance and marketing.
Sue is a Chartered Financial Planner and holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (APFS)
and has become the island’s first holder of the Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (FPFS) designation.
Sue is also a qualified Mortgage Advisor, being CeMap qualified.

| Mick Rafferty |
 Mick joined the team recently
as an Independent Financial Consultant. Mick’s role is to offer financial advice and also to ensure that existing and
future clients of Blythe Financial enjoy the same high level of service currently offered.
Mick is originally from Durham and came to the Island in 1995. Since his relocation to the Isle of Man he has spent
the majority of his time working in the financial services industry.
As a fully qualified adviser, Mick is currently studying towards his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
In his spare time Mick enjoys walking with his dog and working on modernising his house.

| Terrence Lundin |
 Terrence is our Business Support Officer who
joined our team to initially provide assistance to our Business Support Manager and the Financial Consultants. Terrence is looking forward to completing the Diploma
in Regulated Financial Planning. Terrence left his native homeland of South Africa and lived in London for 8 Years before making his final move to the Island at the start of 2008.
Terrence’s past military career established high morals, standards and values which has facilitated his successful sales career. Terrence enjoys meeting and helping people.
Terrence’s previous skills in client service lends well to the core values held at Blythe Financial.
In his spare time, Terrence enjoys riding, spending time with their Lab-X-Huskies and generally being outdoors and active.

| Anneka Rae |
 Anneka was born in Germany with her Dad being in the forces, but moved to Scotland at a
young age and grew up on the North East coast in a town called Arbroath. She moved to the Island 7 years ago and has worked in the finance sector ever since in a variety of roles which
have provided her with invaluable customer service experience. Before joining the Blythe Financial Business Support Team she had previously worked at Continent 8 Technologies where her
main role was an accounts assistant.
Anneka is currently studying towards her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Anneka enjoys horse riding and spends most if not all of her spare time with her horses. She also likes to walk and has recently been trekking in
Nepal to raise money for Help for Heroes.

| Holly Blythe |
 Holly has "worked"
at Blythe Financial for over 6 years now and enjoys coming to work every day,
woofing on arrival. Holly has developed her skills in customer service and post
duties and has moved on to also assist with other office tasks, whilst still
maintaining the management of the office shredding. Holly gets more holidays
than the rest of the team, apart from Jesse, and is nicknamed Judith Chalmers,
in recognition of this!

| Jesse Blythe |
Although the most junior member of the team Jesse certainly makes her
presence known - all 8˝ stone of her!!
She loves coming to work and greets clients eagerly and often wants to share her favourite
fluffy toy or half eaten chewy bone with them. She often goes missing at lunchtime and she
can be found in the staff room with Anneka trying to share her lunch and lasagne is one of
her favourites.
She has a growing fan club and wooed Dianne Oxberry of BBC North West tonight. Dianne loved a
photo of Jesse playing in the snow and used it during her evening weather slot in January 2010.
Jesse received mail afterwards and was also discussed on Manx Radio..... quite a celebrity!

| Cookie Blythe |
 Cookie joined the Blythe
Financial team in December 2010 and soon found her voice. She greets all visitors with a bow-wow and a waggy tail
and is delighted to see them all. Cookie is learning the ropes from her sister Holly so that Holly can be promoted to a
new prestigious role of Chartered Hound Dog. Before Cookie joined the team she didn’t work and stayed at
home during the day but she says that there is only so much Emmerdale a dog can bear!! She is happy now that she
has a real job with prospects, (or should that be pawspects??)
